1. About My Manoranjan
My Manoranjan ("we", "us", "our") operates an online movie discovery and ticketing experience for cinemas across Nepal. By accessing or using mymanoranjan.com and related apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using your Nepali mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for activity under your account. Do not share OTPs with anyone.
3. Bookings & payments
Showtimes, seat availability, and ticket prices are sourced from partner systems and may change without notice. Final booking and payment may be completed on a secure third-party payment / booking page. Refunds, cancellations, and show changes follow the policies of the cinema and payment partner.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at abusive rates, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The My Manoranjan name, logo, and site design are owned by My Manoranjan. Movie titles, posters, and related media remain the property of their respective rights holders.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party show data is always complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Manoranjan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
